Eulogy magazine: Molly Parkin is its debut cover girl

The world's first magazine dedicated to death and bereavement, Eulogy, is out worldwide on June 17.

Its debut cover features Molly Parkin, and Madame Arcati has contributed two pieces.

Molly will be writing a monthly advice column.

Boy George, Emma Freud and Mark Strong up the celebrity quotient: they shall die, too.

  1. Madame as your resident soothsayer I am gald that my remark about Molly's death mask picture at the national gallery, proves that I can predict the future as well as any budding Nostradamus.
Pass on my kind regards to dear Molly, her cover girl pic looks lovely. Isn't it marvelous what they can do with photoshop nowadays. But I'm sure madame could give us 'chapter and verse' on how the look was achieved by offset lighting, longer exposure and buckets of vaseline.

  2. Dear Madame and Molly, even though one is in the wrong time zone..... I know that you have the heart of a true aristo... fck the plebs... and fck their selebs... proper people only care about the assistant artistic directors to the touring Welsh opera production of "le racist'.....you know the one where the Israli soldier drowns the homosexual freedom fighter?
Yours as ever, Johann Hari's love child

  3. Yes, I have a pretty good idea who you are. No PhotoShop was involved in this picture, which is more than can be said of the likes of Kate Moss or, um, Oprah Winfrey.

Eulogy would appear to be another celebrity magazine, judging by the coverlines, precisely what you claim to dislike! What a hyporcrite you are. We already have Hello! Perhaps Eulogy should be retitled Goodbye!

  7. An intriguing-sounding new magazine. I wonder where WH Smith will position it. With the women's mags, or the esoteric, or the general interest amid the stamp collectors or railway enthusiasts?

  13. Yes it's lovely. Should have been shortlisted for the NPG prize but the public can vote for it.
