...Reads the Guardian headline. It ought to read: "Actor Pete Postlethwaite dies of cancer at 64". Prior to his death, he suffered from cancer.

    And the front page standfirst has him dying "after long period of cancer" where the story page has "long struggle with". Military metaphors of illness being particularly annoying to some people, including your humble...
