DF: click pic to big up |
Madame Arcati hears that Duncan Fallowell's next book is being published not by any of the dandruff set but by a sexy new publishing venture which comes out of the British art scene. They are called Ditto and have been joined by Bruno Bayley, one of the editors of
Vice Magazine. He has been asked to find books of the highest literary quality to be published by Ditto as art objects. Bruno is 25 years old and the son of design guru Stephen Bayley. His very first book will be a non-fiction title from Duncan Fallowell called
How To Disappear: a memoir for misfits and it's to be launched at the end of February, 2011.
More about
Ditto. Duncan's
site and
penis.
Marvellous news. But may I point out Naim Attallah does not have dandruff.
ReplyDeleteWhat's it about, New labour?
ReplyDeleteFallowell looks as though he's seen a ghost writer!
ReplyDeleteWhat does a 25 year-old know about books or publishing? And what distribution deals does this Ditto have? Bruno should stop trading on the family name. Have you seen Vice? Celebrates the invasion of Tory HQ. I'm informing the police.
ReplyDeletePublishing's nouvelle vague - at last!
ReplyDeleteBruno Bayley is extremely attractive. Can we have a picture of him instead of your mate Duncan or as well if you like, Madame Arcati?
ReplyDelete!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Delighted to put up a pic of Bruno but someone should send me a snap. I have no idea what he looks like tho' there's a charming photo of him as a baby with his daddy.

ReplyDeleteCan we have a photo of Fred Dineage too?

ReplyDeleteWhat's it about, his book? Or did you write it?
ReplyDeleteA dangerous title for a book
ReplyDeleteAre you on some kind of medication, poppet?
ReplyDeleteI'll describe my book with a negative. It's the opposite of cheesy.
