Is Suzanne Moore thinking of leaving the Mail on Sunday?

Only asking, in the light of her final words in her last column on Nazi-loving Nick Griffin and her homophobic Mail colleague Jan Moir - "In these culture wars we have to pick sides. Griffin and Moir each believe they are telling their own 'truth'. Neither are my truth nor much of the country's. The day they are, I will pack my bags."

From what I gather, she's pretty sick of journalism, full stop. However, the MoS and the Daily Mail have a history of inter-title feuding. Littlejohn has been throwing stones at Vince Cable from time to time, even though St Vincent has his column in the Sunday paper.
Besides, the two titles pay so well.

I thought Suzanne's last line was a veiled warning that she's looking over the precipice. It would be a pity if the MoS lost her voice: it's the only bit of modern civilisation in it.

I shall storm Paul Dacre's office immediately and big him for her slot.

I'm surprised you didn't rage against AA Gill shooting a baboon just for fun. Most unlike you Madame.

Gill is too fatuous to be bothered with.

Jean Rook and Paul Dacre both sent their sons to Eton. (Sorry, nothing else to say today.) nsfl x
