WE WISH FOR ALL PRISONERS TO HAVE ACCESS TO BOOKS IN THE PRISON LIBRARY FROM THE MOMENT THEY ARE FIRST ADMITTED TO PRISON. WE SUPPORT ALL INITIATIVES TO ALLOW PRISONERS AND / OR PRISON LIBRARIES TO RECEIVE DONATIONS OF BOOKS.

done-what a petty decision by the HO.What do they think prisoners will do-fashion a novel into a file and break out ?
