Rupert Everett stars in Madame Arcati play

Madame Arcati can scarcely believe that Rupert Everett is to star in the Broadway revival of Blithe Spirit, the Noel Coward play in which I was born. Angela Lansbury will play me, the "dotty medium" (I may sue). Rupes is Charles. Seasoned Arcatistes will be amused by his casting for he has featured a number of times on this blog, recently as the once-wearer of a cockring which chipped the tooth of an enthusiastic blower. And Duncan Fallowell drew my attention to Rupes in the buff.

Is it possible that Rupes was drawn to Coward's creation through the blogging mediumship of Madame Arcati? How curious is fate.

He looks chilly

Not chilly - he loves hugging himself.

Yes, a most amusing development. Not like Madame not to take the credit! The pic is simply awful, his cock looks under-nourished.

I meant "his cawk": slip of the tongue.

Is this one of Duncan's home snaps or what? Rupert seems to be saying 'No'.

He wants to be alone

I say: According to Rupes “Bananas” Autobiography, this is not his first time in Blithe Spirit (She played Elvira before). This may mean your fates are intertwined... after all you are both Gemini...

Our shared star signs would not link our destinies: I just hope Rupes doesn't think of my blog everytime Angela Lansbury opens her mouth as Arcati. He may corpse. I suppose Lansbury is a good choice to play me though I can't help feeling that Sandi Toksvig would have been more interesting. Sandi would also make an excellent Dr Who as well as a tasteful replaceent for Jonathan Ross. Sandi is a goddess.

I happen to find his cawk chalk sufficiently nourished and I too think the pic is worthy of grabbing my contes and pass time in some crafty way... or maybe just grab some darts and ... well, in case you are interested, here is another good photo (penisless thought, but I believe the photographer was Mr. Lagerfeld). http://home.comcast.net/~rupever/pix/rupenude5.jpg

Lagerfeld? That's interesting, I haven't seen that pic before. To be honest I've always found Rupes quite unattractive. Tallness strikes me as faintly unnecessary.

conte pastels does not equal crafty...maybe knitting a hat does!
